Our standard courier delivery cut-off time is 3:30pm to ensure same-day dispatch. For pallet orders, the cut-off is earlier at 2pm to accommodate logistics requirements.

Plain Label Shipping Service

We offer a plain label shipping service for businesses that prefer their orders to be delivered directly to their customers without Sign and Print Studio branding. This allows you to provide a seamless service under your own business name while we handle the production and delivery process.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition and packaging for a replacement, exchange, or full refund. For complete details, please review our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty product, please contact Sign and Print Studio as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue. For items damaged during delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide any relevant details or photographs where possible.

For artwork submission, we prefer editable, uncompressed high-resolution PDF files. We also accept Adobe Illustrator (AI, SVG, EPS), InDesign, and Photoshop (PSD) formats. Please ensure all images are embedded at 300dpi, 100% scale, and in CMYK color mode, please include Pantone colours with your artwork. All fonts should be outlined or supplied for best print results.

You can send your artwork files to Sign and Print Studio by email at info@signandprintstudio.co.uk when placing your order. For larger files, we recommend using a secure file transfer service such as WeTransfer to ensure your artwork is delivered safely and maintains the best possible quality.

Please ensure your artwork is supplied in the correct format and at the required resolution to achieve the best print results. If you need any guidance with preparing your files, our team will be happy to assist.

Brand colours need to be submitted via a Pantone® Reference (embedded into artwork, or the Pantone® number stated). This gives our graphics team a universal colour to reference. When we print using our digital printing process, our machine software will convert all spot/Pantone® colours into process CMYK (Pantone® matching cannot be guaranteed). We highly recommend sending in a physical sample of the colour required.

Artwork is sent to the customer for approval before the printing process is commenced.

Our standard office hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, and Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays.
