Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

 

At Sign and Print Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve them promptly.

Returns

As many of our products are custom-made or personalised, they cannot be returned or refunded simply because you have changed your mind. If your order has not yet entered production, please contact us immediately and we will advise whether any changes or cancellations are possible.

Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@signandprintstudio.co.uk. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If your order has been damaged during delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Claims should include photographs of the damaged goods and packaging to help us process the claim as quickly as possible.

Manufacturing Defects

If a product develops a manufacturing defect within 12 months of delivery under normal use, please contact us with details of the issue and supporting photographs. After inspection, we will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement where applicable.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, vandalism, normal wear and tear, or extreme weather conditions beyond the product’s intended use.

Exchanges

If you wish to replace an eligible product with an alternative item, please contact us before returning the goods. Any difference in price will either be charged or refunded, depending on the replacement product selected.
